About Coach Radziewicz

Coach Carly Radziewicz has been coaching Field Hockey for the past 11 years, and will be starting her 9th season coaching at DMA, and entering her 4th season as DMA’s Head Coach. Before coaching at DMA, she was the assistant Field Hockey coach at AI High school. Coach Radziewicz went to William Penn High School where she played under Loveita Moffett and Roe Bianchini. Coach Radziewicz is an alumni from West Chester University where she also played collegiately. Coach Radziewicz coaches a U14 travel club team with the Delaware Sharks Field Hockey Club. She is heavily involved in helping develop the youth recreational hockey programs run by Delaware Sharks, and she strives to grow and evolve as a coach, a leader, and a field hockey educator.

In addition to coaching, Carly Radziewicz also owns and manages a pet sitting and dog training business in New Castle County. She lives in Newark with her husband, two children, and three dogs."

Beginner Program

Our beginner program will focus on building the fundamental skills of the sport including dribbling, passing, and shooting. Emphasis on basic stick skills, defensive techniques, teamwork, and offensive tactics. Players will also participate in small games and scrimmages. 

Advanced Program

Our advanced program will focus on improving and developing upon the fundamental skills but also adding skills that will improve players performance in their in-season play. Emphasis on improving fundamentals and developing more advanced defensive techniques and offensive tactics. Training will focus on improving stick works and positioning as well. Players will also participate in small games and scrimmages.
